PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ben Cowman is an established Boom Operator with more than nine years of experience across Australian and international feature films, premium television drama and major studio productions. Working throughout Western Australia and interstate, he has built an extensive portfolio spanning independent Australian films, long-form television series and large-scale international productions.
His feature film credits include Anyone But You, The Surfer, Blueback, Dirt Music, Kid Snow, Sweet As and The Engagement Party, alongside experience as a Sound Assistant on 20th Century Studios' Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
Ben's television career includes Ghosts: Australia, The Twelve Seasons 2 and 3, Scrublands: Silver, Invisible Boys, Population 11, Mystery Road: Origin and The Claremont Murders.
